The people who format your book
Book Formatting Expert (KDP Book Formatting) is a small, specialist team that prepares books for Amazon KDP: Kindle eBooks, paperbacks, hardcovers and covers. Every book is formatted by hand by a real person, not run through an automatic converter.
What we do
Everything a self-published author needs to go from a Word file to a book on Amazon.
Formatting
Kindle eBooks with a clickable table of contents, and print-ready paperback and hardcover interiors built to KDP's margin, gutter and bleed rules.
Cover design
eBook covers that stay readable as Amazon thumbnails, and full print covers with the exact spine width for your page count.
Editing & more
Copyediting and proofreading before formatting, and scanning old printed books so they can be published again.
How we work
Simple, transparent and on your schedule.
Clear prices
You see your price in the order form before you send anything, and confirm the exact quote before you pay.
Real people
A formatter works on your file by hand and checks every page in KDP's previewer.
Fast delivery
Most books are ready in about 48 hours, with two weeks of unlimited revisions.
Guaranteed
If Amazon rejects the file, we fix it free. If you're not happy, we make it right or refund you.
